All Souls Day

| Gospel: | John 6:37-40 |
Today, we pause in sacred remembrance of all the faithful departed—those who have gone before us marked with the sign of faith. This day invites us into a quiet space of prayer, reflection, and hope as we entrust our loved ones to the mercy of God.
Hope in Resurrection: We are reminded that death is not the end, but a passage into eternal life. Christ’s resurrection assures us that those who die in Him will rise again.
Communion of Saints: Though separated by death, we remain united with the departed in the Body of Christ. Our prayers, love, and remembrance strengthen this spiritual bond.
Mercy and Intercession: We pray for souls in purgatory, asking God to purify them and bring them into the fullness of His presence. Our intercession is an act of love and solidarity.
Personal Reflection: Take a moment today to recall someone dear who has passed. Light a candle, offer a prayer, or visit a cemetery. Let your remembrance be filled not with sorrow, but with gratitude and trust in God’s promise of eternal life.
“Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May they rest in peace. Amen.”
